 set an appointment time and make sure you have the required documents. Dou
 glas and Sarpy County residents only. \n\nNo walk-ins\, must apply in adva
 nce.\n\nYou may be eligible to set aside your conviction if you were convi
 cted of a crime\, and you were:\n* Sentenced to jail for one year or less\
 ; and/or\n* Sentenced to probation and successfully completed probation\; 
 and/or\n* Sentenced to pay a fine and paid the fine\; and\n* You have not 
 committed any crimes for the last two years (this is not a legal requireme
 nt\, it is recommendation that we advise\, based on our experience with th
 e court granting the set aside)\n* Are a resident of Douglas or Sarpy Coun
 ty\n\nYou are NOT eligible if:\n* You have pending criminal charges anywhe
 re in the US\n* You are required to register as a sex offender\n* Your con
 viction was related to vehicular homicide\n* OR if you have had any charge
 s brought within the last 2 years\n\nYou may be eligible for a record seal
 ing if:\n* Criminal charges were filed and brought against you and those c
 harges were dismissed\n* You are a resident of Douglas or Sarpy County
