Set Aside and Record Sealing Clinic
If you have an old criminal charge or conviction, you may be eligible for a FREE clinic to help set-aside the charges or seal your records. During the clinic, eligible participants will meet with an attorney who will walk through each step of the process and complete the required legal paperwork.
If you are eligible, Legal Aid of Nebraska staff will contact you to set an appointment time and make sure you have the required documents.
No walk-ins, must apply in advance.
