Provide legal advice and draft divorce forms in a virtual clinic setting for pro se litigants in rural Nebraska seeking an uncontested divorce. No court appearances.
SET ASIDE & RECORD SEALING CLINIC

Draft court forms for Nebraskans seeking to set aside eligible criminal convictions or seal eligible criminal records. Virtual and in-person clinics are offered. No court appearances.
SIMPLE WILLS & POWER OF ATTORNEY PROJECT

Volunteer attorneys provide brief legal services to seniors in need of simple wills and durable powers of attorney.
TAX RELIEF PROJECT
