The Agricultural Worker Rights Program helps agricultural workers in Nebraska assert their employment rights. Our focus is on ensuring agricultural workers are paid what they are owed under the law, ensuring that their working conditions are safe, and addressing harassment and discrimination in the workplace. This includes those who work seasonally or year-round, as well as temporary and migrant workers, in any crop producing, livestock, food products, or food processing field.
